Vice President of Power Media resigns

Andrzej Parszuto, Vice President of Power Media, resigned from his position on 29th June, for personal reasons.
Resignation is effective 30th July 2009. Andrzej Paruszto remains nonetheless a significant shareholder, with 15% ownership of company shares and 21% of votes in shareholder General Meetings.
After Andrzej Parszuto's resignation, the Board consists of Wojciech Narczyński (President), Marta Przewłocka (Vice President), Agnieszka Kozłowska (Member of Board).
