In connection with the plan to issue shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange we have submitted a prospectus to the Financial Supervision Commission.
The IPO is planned for the end of 2007. We hope to raise about a dozen million zlotys to be used for the development of our products, especially the e-accounting website ifirma.pl.
