Legal basis of shares issuance
The legal basis of shares issuance is resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Power Media S.A. on June 15th 2007.
Issue prospectus
On February 5th 2008 by decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority Issue Prospectus in the form of uniform document of Power Media S.A. has been approved.
- On February 25th 2008 by decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority the Appendix no 1 to Issue Prospectus has been approved
- On February 27th 2008 by decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority the Appendix no 2 to Issue Prospectus has been approved
- On February 27th 2008 by decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority the Appendix no 3 to Issue Prospectus has been approved
- On March 5th 2008 by decision of Polish Financial Supervision Authority the Appendix no 4 to Issue Prospectus has been approved
Basic information on public offering
On March 14th 2008 the allotment of C series shares has been conducted.
Basic information on conducted public offering:
- Initial Public Offering of C series shares has been opened on March 3rd 2008 and closed on March 7th 2008.
- C series shares have been alloted on March 14th 2008 by means of computer system of Warsaw Stock Exchange.
